Typical projects run a couple of weeks once we've agreed scope and you've sent your content + deposit. Bigger sites with more rounds of revisions can take longer — I won't rush a launch just to hit an arbitrary date. I'll give you a clear timeline based on your specific build before we start.

Basic €399 (1 page), Starter €699 (3 pages), Standard €999 (5 pages), Premium €1,500 (6+ pages with basic keyword chatbot), Premium Plus €2,000 (6+ pages with personalised AI chatbot + €79/month AI subscription). All build prices are one-off. The only recurring fee on any package is the optional €79/month AI chatbot subscription on Premium Plus — disclosed up front, never a surprise.

Yes — I take a 30% deposit before I start building. The remaining 70% is due when you're happy with the finished site. This protects both of us.

100%. The site, the code, the hosting account — everything is transferred to you on completion. You have no ongoing dependency on me. If you go with Premium Plus, the AI chatbot subscription is the one ongoing cost — and you can cancel any time.

Hosting is free, forever — you'll never pay a hosting fee to me. You buy your own .ie domain (about €15–20 per year, paid directly to any .ie domain registrar). I'll help you connect it to your site at no charge — it's part of every package.

Your business name, address, phone, email, opening hours, a list of your services, any photos you have, and your logo if you have one. If you don't have a logo, I can put a simple one together for you as part of the build.

No problem. I can use high-quality royalty-free stock photos that suit your business, or you can take photos on your phone — modern smartphones take excellent photos. We'll work with what you have.

Every site I build is set up for local Google searches from day one — correct page titles, location keywords, Google Maps embed, and submission to Google Search Console on launch day. Realistically you'll start appearing in local searches within 4–6 weeks.

Premium Plus (€2,000 build + €79/month subscription) includes a personalised AI chatbot trained on your business — your services, prices, hours, FAQs, and contact info. It sits on your website and answers customer questions 24/7 so you don't have to. For solicitors and professional service firms, it's built with sensitive-keyword filters, no legal advice generation, and automatic redirect to you for case-specific questions.

I include revision rounds in every package (1–5 rounds depending on your package). For changes after handover, you can either make simple edits yourself, or I offer small add-on packages for ongoing updates.
