Prices start at €399 for a single-page site, €999 for a 3–5 page website, €1,600 for a full 7–10 page business website, and €2,000 for the full site with an AI chatbot. All prices are one-time — no monthly fees to me.

Yes — I take a 30% deposit before I start building. The remaining 70% is due when you're happy with the finished site. This protects both of us.

100%. The site, the code, the domain — everything is transferred to you on completion. You have no ongoing dependency on me whatsoever. It's yours outright.

Your site is hosted on a reliable professional platform — it's free forever for sites like yours, so you'll never pay a hosting fee to me. The only optional cost is your .ie domain name, which is about €15–20 per year directly to the domain registrar.

Your business name, address, phone, email, opening hours, a list of your services, any photos you have, and your logo if you have one. If you don't have a logo, I can put a simple one together for you as part of the build.

No problem. I can use high-quality royalty-free stock photos that suit your business, or you can take photos on your phone — modern smartphones take excellent photos. We'll work with what you have.

Every site I build is set up for local Google searches from day one — correct page titles, location keywords, Google Maps embed, and submission to Google Search Console on launch day. Realistically you'll start appearing in local searches within 4–6 weeks.

The AI Premium package includes a chatbot trained on your business — your services, prices, hours, FAQs, and contact info. It sits on your website and answers customer questions 24/7 so you don't have to. Customers can ask it anything about your business and get an instant answer.

I include revision rounds in every package (1–5 rounds depending on your package). For changes after handover, you can either make simple edits yourself, or I offer small add-on packages for ongoing updates.

I'm based in Dublin and Wicklow and primarily serve businesses across both counties. I'm happy to work with businesses anywhere in Ireland — everything can be done remotely.
